Our team clearly communicates the program and introduces the Character Initiative to the students and teachers. Your students have never seen the amount of energy and professionalism our team brings to the Pep Rally. Our goal is to create excitement and ownership about their education, and in that excitement the students find sponsors from around the globe to sponsor them in the Fun Run. There is also time set aside for teacher appreciation and rewards for their efforts.
After school, we have a 20 minute faculty party with incentives and interactive entertainment. Again, we clearly communicate the program and their involvement. We also announce several incentives that reward the teachers for their involvement. By the end of the day, the entire school is unified in their efforts to learn about fitness and character and to raise money to enrich their educational experience.
